News Hound cartoon character for iPhone app icon
This cartoon "news hound" character was created for a client's upcoming iPhone app and the iPhone app icon.
The client requested a character that had the feel of a 1940's news reporter, which played on the phrase "news hound" by including an actual dog as a reporter.
While I did submit concepts for the actual iPhone app icon to the client, they opted to work on the actual design themselves, as the app was not complete when we wrapped up the character art.
