Cute cartoon puppy dog character mascot
This cartoon puppy dog illustration was created for a client developing a "doggie day care" business, Playtime Doggy Day Care. She needed a fun, happy dog to reflect the care her clients' pets would receive under her watch.
The pup, nicknamed "Jack" by the client, went through a series of sketches until this design came about. It was one of those moments where once he was drawn, I knew it was the one. The original sketch had his eyes covered in a shaggy dog style, but both the client and I agreed we needed to see his eyes. With that small change the illustration went to the final art you see here.
