Aviator Bird Cartoon Logo Design
"Daily Flock" aviator bird cartoon character mascot & logo
This cartoon bird logo was created for online New York City deal-finder website DailyFlock.com.
The client's initial specs were fairly open for me to be creative, the only restriction being that the bird could not be blue, so as to avoid any visual association with social networking website Twitter.com.
I suggested the idea of adding the aviator's hat and the shopping bag, to give the idea that the mascot character was flying over New York, scouring the city for deals.
We experimented with many color combos, and settled on the orange for the final.
I also created a website header, however I noticed the client (or web designer) went in a different direction for the final website design.
